“Beds & headboards Furniture Centre” This policy is applicable to (NZ) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
SELF PICK UP:
If you have chosen to collect your bed from a Beds & Headboards store, one of our admin staff will be in touch within 2 working day to advise you of an estimated collection date and to confirm the collection location.
Important. Storage fees will apply if goods are not collected within 5 working days of arrival for collection.
STANDARD DELIVERY:
Beds & Headboards offers the following delivery options for online purchases. All deliveries are ‘Drop and Go’:

Beds & Headboards reserves the right to amend the delivery charge accordingly after purchase or offer a refund of the purchase price.
DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Drop & Go Delivery:
- All goods are delivered to the front/rear door of the customer/s dwelling including apartments, or, secured secondary building on site i.e. garage or shed (dependent on customers instructions)
- Assembly/ installation service is available at additional cost per item and should be added at the time of placing the order.
- Delivery to upper level will be $10 for each level in addition to standard delivery.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:
Transit time is 5-10 Business Days (Monday to Friday) Auckland
10-15 Business days (Monday to Friday) Far Areas (Out of Auckland)
Handling time is (2-5) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
When purchasing an item online, www.bedsandheadboards@gmail.com will estimate a delivery date for you based on current stock information. Beds & Headboards cannot guarantee delivery on this date and it is an estimation only. Once you have placed your order, an admin member will contact you to confirm your delivery date.
SHIPPING COST
We charge shipping as per the destination and the weight of the item. We also offer free shipping on selected products.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@bedsandheadboards.co.nz or Phone: +64 9-558-7237
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM
When we start your transfer, you'll get a chasing number with your order, with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in your hands.
WRONG ADDRESS
Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong address.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Tax
We collect GST from our customers according to New Zealand law, and most of our products include the tax in the cost.
