We stand behind all our products. All of our products carry a 12 month RTB warranty if not specially stated. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or abusing. RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will fix or replace and pay for sending it to the buyer.
The warranty does not include the damage, worn, color change, fade and mold on upholstery, stitch, fabric, leather and vinyl.
Everything we sold is under RTB, Return to Base warranty. Because furniture is made by hand with natural material like wood and stone, so they are unique in each piece. In a certain aspect, one cannot find a perfect piece by some kind of standards. Also some kind of imperfection and repair on material like wood and stone etc. is acceptable in this industry.

Please note that in case Beds & Headboards are fixing the returned goods, there may leave some marks and noticeable damage at the position of fixing or at the relevant positions and the fixed goods may not be 100% in looks and function. This is caused by the nature of furniture production, and please feel free to discuss with us in case there is a faulty/damaged furniture item.

NZ Local Delivery
For Auckland Metro Area: Normally the stock is in our warehouse, but the earliest delivery date varies due to our workload and fleet arrangement – usually in a 3-7 working days.
Special customised orders, takes 2-3 weeks for delivery after payment is successful.
1. Normally the delivery is to your door only. Arrangements may be made to take items upstairs at our discretion and at additional cost
2. Please understand, when a particular day has been selected for delivery of your items, we can only confirm the delivery day, and the rough time frame (e.g. Wednesday afternoon, or Sunday morning). We cannot book a specific time (i.e. 2 pm), due to factors outside our control -weather, traffic etc.
Our delivery team will call the customer twice before delivery.
#1 -We call the evening before the selected day, to confirm delivery for the next day.
#2 -We call about half-hour before our ETA at the customer’s house. This saves you calling us to ascertain the ETA, and from needlessly waiting around all day at home. We guarantee we will call you prior to delivery, and will deliver on the prearranged day.
#3. Same day delivery – at an additional cost, we can specially arrange same-day delivery, if required.
Also we understand, some people urgently need a bed (or at least a mattress) to sleep on -that night. Even when we are very busy, we try our best to help customers with delivery the same day (sometimes late at night). However, urgent delivery does need to be confirmed, and may involve extra cost.
Customers are always welcome to pick up their purchases, and an appointment is essential!

We charge flat shipping rate of $80, no matter how many items, how big.
Laybuy & WINZ Quotes
We can do layby for most of our products up to 4 to 8 weeks. Normally we require the first payment of no less than 20% to be paid once the transaction is confirmed. We do not have to refund you the layby deposit if you finally change your mind.
Yes, we are happy to provide free WINZ / Work and Income or Social Welfare quotes for all of our product and service.
Work and Income has our account on file.
Please talk to your staff or send us an email if you are not in the shop, telling us what needs and we will print or email you a printable WINZ QUOTATION. Once we receive the confirmation from WINZ then we will deliver the goods ASAP.
Bank deposit/bank transfer/ Internet banking/Cash/EFTPOS. You can use EFTPOS in our shop when picking up.
Online credit card payment:
We use PAYPAL to accept online credit card payment. Sorry due to our unbelievable low margin, we have to add the 3% PAYPAL PROCESSING FEE.
As you see, it is safe to pay with all the payment options. We do not handle or keep the buyer’s financial information. So we will not process the credit card payment via telephone or email. Also, we want to mention that this is very risky to yourself.
